I don't quite understand the 1st method, do you mean I just
create a same filename using notepad, and scan my desktop with the
anti-virus?
Actually, I'm not quite sure if it was the anti-virus which cause
the icon to be created. It might be something I unknowingly pressed
but I'm pretty sure it only came out after running the
anti-virus.
