do what mayi tell u to do first, secondly, the password may be
chinese, jap, thai, or whatever asian language.
your computer doesn't support it atm thats why u are seeing funny
stuffs. u need to enable asian language pack, and set your
environment as (for example, if the pw is in chinese)
chinese.
den u will see the real password. then u can paste on the zip file
password field.
ps: copy and paste doesn't work cos the data(which is password) is
NOT unicoded.
