No problems.

Who is your ISP? If Starhub, read this.

Whether or not Starhub has resolved their problems, I'm unsure. Need to ask tammy about it.

Try clearing everything.

Go to Start > Run and type in cmd.

In Command Prompt, type in this:

ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

Follow the instructions in the above link to clear all rubbish. Then try accessing Hotmail again.

ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

This will renew your IP address and clear cache.

You will be able to surf. I didn't do anything drastic to your connections.

If really so suay that I break your connections, that means Starhub server really down. The ipconfig /flushdns command just cleared everything.
