If yes, try this:
Download Gromozon removal tool from Prevx and save it to
somewhere convenient. Don't run it directly via a browser.
Double click to run it and follow the prompt given. If required to
restart, restart the PC.
If Gromozon removal tool reports that Gromozon infection is found,
DO NOT CONTINUE THE STEPS
BELOW. Please post back the Gromozon log.
If nothing is found, restart your PC. Open HijackThis and put a
tick against these entries:
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O2 - BHO: Class - {5AB17D46-C4F2-49D2-5405-D6C9F916FF7E} -
C:\WINDOWS\fvpxh1.dll (file missing)
Restart your computer in Safe Mode:
Show hidden files and folders
Navigate to C:\Windows and delete this file:
fvpxh1.dll
Restart your PC in Normal Mode.
