Help! Laptop No Sound!

The volume not muted, but why no sound Neutral

Open Volume Control (double click on the sound icon next to the time)

Under Wave, drag the bar all the way up.

Also, make sure your speaker is not OFF. I know some people turn the speaker off in their laptop...
