No LEDS light meaning?
On the CPU or the monitor?
If it's CPU, perhaps the LEDS light wire is not plugged in. It's
not required to plug that in.
If it's monitor, did you turn on the power for the monitor?
Did you press the power button?
Also, do you hear any beeps during booting?
