I think I remember another possible reason...a processing which
made the video upside-down.
Do you use any processing or filter chain to open up the
video?
Also, is the video previously processed/ encoded by someone
else?
If you cant figure out what made it upside-down, maybe you can just
use an editor and flip it again.
