How did you set up the router?
Did you use WEP/WPA?
If you did, did you enter the WEP/WPA key in for him?
Did you use MAC address filtering? If you do use MAC address
filtering, be careful of the options given. Use the wrong option
and you will block yourself out. A reset of the router is
required.
