ndmmxiaomayi SG LeechGet Homepage LeechGet Download It's free for personal use, but there are some limits, like no auto updating. If you want auto updating, you will need to pay for it. It has a very nice interface that is very easy to understand. Changing settings... More information up later, no time to test, still in school... Warning: For those who have little RAM (256MB or lesser), don't try this even though it's easy to use. It's going to lag your PC like hell. 512MB of RAM is recommended.
ndmmxiaomayi SG Sian... this one only can download one file one at time for the free version... Also, the way the program uses multiple downloads may cause you to be banned, as the server takes it as a DoS attack...
Meat Pao SG Hi, What does it use for multiple downloading? How come it is considered as DoS attack? Thank you, Meat Pao.
ndmmxiaomayi SG The program is not open-sourced... so I can't tell. Download managers can make a file download faster because they split the connections or use multiple connections. In LeechGet's case, it uses multiple connections, which some servers "see" it as an DoS attack, as this is one of the common ways to bring down a server.
