There are more than more web site that offer tutor matching
service. But will singaporean get use to the idea of hiring tutor
thru online service??
Of all the website that I know, one of the better site are http://www.TutorAtWork.com
They offer a search tutor function which allow you to search for
the tutor. And after you shortlist the student, they also have a
biding system for tutor to submit their bids and for you to choose
the best price and the best tutor among them.
