ndmmxiaomayi SG Clean install = format the drive, then install the OS. In this case XP CD is needed. Reset laptop... just use Repair. If repair fails, look at the links I've provided in this thread.

ndmmxiaomayi SG XP are for noobs, trust me. It's the easiest operating system that is ever produced. Reformat and reinstall is the way to go spyware scarred PCs. If you need help, I go get pictures for you or you PM me your address... go there teach you...
