The answer to 2nd question.
ok this is a little bit tedious.
you need to download some partition program: partion magic
etc...
make sure u have boot disk made from the prog( cos
around 5% chance will have system failure while doing the
task)
ok third, u need to know which partion is beside which partition.
for example, i have C: D: and E: disk drive partitioned.... u must
know the position of them inside the disk. and assume that the
position is in this order..C: on the left, D: in the middle and E:
on the right.
if you need to shift space from C: to E: , you have to first shift
disk space from C: to D:, then from D: to E:
you must do a defragment( partition magic can do a dregrament for
you i think) on the disk drive u want to withdraw the space from.
this is to ensure that the free disk space is arranged nearer to E:
drive.
Note :all these above steps are only for IDE disk drives. SATA
drive can just shift space in a easier way
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
for your case, what you have to do is... (if u are using IDE disk
drive)
lets assume your D: drive needs more space. so.. u need to shift
space from C:
1. download the 3rd party partition program,
2. Make a bootdisk from it.
3. check your partition structure. is it C: first then D: or D:
first than C:.
4(a). if is C: first then D:, defrag your C: drive.
4(b). if its D: first then C:, defrag your D: drive.
5. next, just use partition magic and shift space. read its
manual.. they got teach u how to shift space. and u are done.
ALl the above : Do at your own risk
