Sorry, I can't answer your question since I always
repair/service my computer by myself, and in my opinion,
You can service the computer too.
If it is problems with the OS or programs, format your entire hard
disk and reinstall everything back. But make sure you backup your
files first.
If it is hardware problems, replace the parts there are faulty and
reinstall the parts, then the drivers.
And if your computer is over 4 years old, then I suggest you buy a
new set since it is getting obsolete and will aways give you
problems even if you get it "repaired".
Finally, you should at least post what problems you are
facing...
