OK, the 1st ever SIM Mentor Scheme is here. here is the details.
I have appointed a list of 'mentors' to help out in the coaching of
the newer members. this on one hand will improve the overall
bowling standard of the club, and on the other, will form bonds
between the old birds and newer members. It works as such. EVERY
training, the mentors and their allocated newbies will train
2gehter in the same lane. each mentor will have about 2 newbies.tis
bond is permanent, so as 2 avoid confusion and mentor jumping
unless unexpected problems crop up, in which case will be brought
up 2 me. all the pple not listed in the mentor list can choose
their mentors. u will be notified of ur allocation to the mentors
after the choosing has been finalised. Subsequently, new mentors
will be added to the list and lets hope soon there will be more
mentors than newbies.tis is a better alt than letting our only
coach go around and coach everyone. I realise that will only result
in your hair getting white while u wait ur turn.i hope all of u
will give me ur support in this.
