In my experience, it has got to do with overheat, as
troublemaker suggests.
You may need to open up and do some spring cleaning for your PC,
since CNY is coming. If unsure, get someone who knows it to do the
cleaning, otherwise you will do more damage to it.
If it still heats up very badly, you will need more fans or change
a heatsink.
