Yes possible. But you must first initiate a transfer with the person over MSN. Not a measily transfer of 100Kb but more like 1Mb. Once initiated then open up your cmd by typing "cmd" in your Run box..
Type "netstat" and it will list down all your current connections. Your MSN transfer should show up under there.
I hope you are not doing any illegal thing here. I am just sharing knowledge here. Don't get yourself into trouble. =)

Can this be used to check if there are spywares or viruses in your com initiating connection with foriegn websites transfering malwares in your com??

Yes.

But mostly you aren't fast enough and won't be always checking.

If you have a firewall and it keeps logs, you can check your firewall logs. It will show all the connections, incoming and outgoing.

Active Ports does the same thing automatically, but it doesn't help you to monitor. Neither does it have a log.
