Is this area peaceful?

Good morning, I'm buying a flat in this area. Very worried about the noise level as the unit is in the 3rd floor. Can anyone tell me if this is a peaceful and conducive place to stay in? I live around the area at 504B. This place is quite quiet so there shouldnt be a problem. Furthermore, it is not facing the MRT track and it is at the back of the estates. No noise problem.

my mom's fren fren stays ard there.. been there once... it's ok.. quite peaceful...

Thanks for your replies. I know that for some estates there are motorbike/ race car gangs who gather in certain areas after midnight. With their outrageously loud engines, they'll be a huge problem for me.
