Starhub for 3 years already. Heard a lot of complains, but nv
actually experience them, maybe its the area i live in.
But recently i keep getting my DHT in Azureus firewalled. Gone
through all the settings times and again, open ports, well-chosen
port, nat is green, torrent not a private server, etc, but still
dun get it fixed. Some online guide says Starhub isn't torrent
friendly.
Dunno about Singtel
