Dun worry too much.
Many laptops faces this problem, especially those compact versions,
or a AMD-chip system.
Many models also lack an effective cooling systems. 30min is still
under acceptable range.
What you can do is:
1) Cooler base - recommended
2) Operate in air-conditional rooms
3) Level the base of the notebook up slightly
Although hot environments shortens lifespan of notebooks, effects
are not so distinguish. Also, once reached a dangerous lvl, most
notebooks shut themselves down.
