MenessFreak SG I was wondering is there any site for me to refer to? I am new to PEARL programming but i need it to do my work…
R3SsH|n SG try borrowing books from the library academic libraries provide alot of books for basic and advanced perl programming
ndmmxiaomayi SG http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PEARL_programming_language Please, no confusion between Perl and Pearl. They are different. Pearl is written mostly in CAPS, (forum_dude will like programming language ) Perl is written in small letters most of the time.
ndmmxiaomayi SG http://www.irt.uni-hannover.de/pearl/pearlein-gb.html PEARL programming probably died off a long ago... that's the only resource I found, while the rest points to Perl.
ndmmxiaomayi SG http://www.programmingtutorials.com/perl.aspx This link gives a whole load of other links to other tutorials. I myself prefer the one by Dev Shed. The very basic tutorials are at the last page. http://www.devshed.com/c/b/Perl/4/
lifeisgood9989 SG doesn't help much when u borrow books from library.. cos if u dunt understand anything.. then after reading the contents u would still dunt know how to use it.. anyway.. i didn't know of any program that can create perl scripts..
ndmmxiaomayi SG Borrow basic books. They are arranged systematically. Good enough to learn something, but not advanced things if you want to play around.
