Don't delete first. Install
AVG Anti-Spyware in the default location. Do not change it.
Click here
to update the definitions.
Once it's updated, start AVG Anti-Spyware. Click on the Scanner
button at the top. Then click on the Settings tab.
Under How to scan? Tick every box.
Under Possibly unwanted software, tick every box.
Under Reports, select Automatically generate report after every
scan. Untick Only if threats were found.
Under What to scan? Select scan every file.
Now click on the Scan tab. Select Complete System Scan. Once the
scan has completed, select Quarantine and quarantine every file.
Once done, go to the Report tab. Copy and paste that report.
