Solutions for deadly virus

I have just formatted my PCs twice after it was infected with some virus that cause my PC to lag tremedously with the generated pop-up explorer. I was filled with surprise when my formatted window system is still down with the virus after a clean up of my C drive.

Problem occurs once I connect onto the internet the first time.

1) Antivirus/firwall/spyware remover was immediately disabled
2) Pop-up window reappear continously
3) some authorised files was found on my C drive:
a) drsmartload
b) Installer4
c) MTE3NDI6ODoxNg
4) nwnmff_e21
5) sysfixer
6) kybrdff_e21

These files are trojan viruses.

These files will keep appearing without fail even after numerous attempts to delete them away from my system. Such files like installer4 will be installed or ran unauthorisely.

I have partioned my hard disk into 3 different drive and with only 1 operating system installed. May someone share his/her experiences and solutions. Thanks.

Very bad indeed.

You need a clean install, meaning format the whole C drive and reinstalling Windows.

If possible, download the firewall and antivirus and save it to your thumbdrive or CD, install it before connecting to the Net to update Windows. Also, disconnect your modem/router from the PC. Plug them in only after you have installed the antivirus and firewall.

By the way, can't find anything on sysfixer. The nearest I got was Winfixer, a rogue anti-spyware.

Thanks for the reply. But I have already formatted my PC twice and install whatever anti virus or firewall program i have in my backup, but once i log on to the internet, it will reinstated the problem. I was totally blocked in accessing this link last night from my house. I think someone has been monitoring my activities online.

Is your modem/router unplugged when you reformatted the PC?

The reason why i feel i was being monitored is because when i try google down the possible solutions for my problem, it was auto-exit my website per se.

how U reformat one?

some spywares and viruses are memory-resident types...
U need to shut down ur PC...switch off ur power supply...wait for 2 mins to clear out ur RAM...then switch it on again...this time must boot up from CD...to prevent ur PC from loading anything from HDD to RAM...then do ur partitioning and formatting from CD.

this is so bad omg.. u have trojan, worm malware, spyware and lots of shit..

Even spybot S and D can't clean this mess.

PLs use system recovery or formatting.. THe simplest and easiest way to solve
