When you bought this drive, did they give you some piece of
paper? If yes, everything is written inside. If not, try
this.
Open My Computer. Right click on your DVD drive and select
Properties. Go to the Recording tab. Under Select a write speed,
bla bla bla, click on the drop down menu. It will show all the
speeds available.
