Lag Problem!

sian la, my laptop duno for some reason play game awhile den will lag like siao, and the task manager will be at a 100%. even when i close alot of applications le, and it only takes up like 1/4 of the total memory. the game doesn't have high requirements..

so what is the most likely problem?its not a internet lag problem, its my own com.. Laughing

Which process in task manager is using almost all of the resources? If it is the game, the game most likely got a bug.

If it's others, update those programs and Windows and see if it solves the problem.

yea it'll be the game that suddenly becomes 90% plus thus making my usuage 100%. den after awhile it'll be back to normal, but the problem will come back again.. can;t be game problem ma, cuz my desktop has the game too but no such problems.. Laughing

yep, spywares/virus all done.. only haven't defrag in a long time..but that can't be the cause ba.. Laughing

Recently i use Internete explorer like not as lag as firefox, last time firefox was no lag at all.
Then ar, my browsers never re-direct me to websites even when they should. for eg, after posting, i need to click to re-direct to the thread.

ya the cpu usage will be 100%.. the whole green bar will be filled up when its lag. Crying or Very sad

its not the problem of ram.. its just that the game take up too much of ur cpu space. if i'm not wrong, ur task manager should show in the CPU column of that process is rising.. it happens when ur pantium chip cant support the program.. maybe closing other programs while running the game will help Wink

You mean the game is no longer running? If yes, then look at task manager, see what other process(es) are using just as much resources.

last time firefox faster than ie, now ie faster than firefox, dunno what's wrong. and ie is hard to use...

no it'll still run, den after 5mins or so it'll return back to normal, cpu usage back to 3% or so quite low la.. den after awhile lag at 100% again.. wth the game so low requirements also lag..my drivers got problem?
