alexkusu SG uninstall completely as in remove registry entries as well then it will ask for activation/serial key

ditzy SG What I notice over the years of using nero is that as nero gets newer, the older cdrom drives cannot be detected.
ndmmxiaomayi SG Right click My Computer, Properties. Select the Hardware tab. Click on Device Manager. Find your CD/DVD drives. Click on the + sign. Right click and select Update driver.
