Not too sure if it's sgforums or the ISP.
For me, there's totally no lag, while others complained of
lag.
One using the same broadband plan as me is facing lag, while I'm
not.
As for the connection is refused, it's the Music Station that you
all get to hear on weekends. Probably it didn't disconnect properly
or something.
