Go to Start, Search.
When the dog asks "What do you want to search for?", select All
files and folders.
Click on More Advanced options.
Tick these options:
Search system folders, Search hidden files and folders, Search
subfolders.
Copy and paste winexz32.dll into the text field. (All or part of
the file name).
Click Search. If the file is present, try deleting it.
If it is not present, open HijackThis. Select "None of the above,
just start the program."
Do a scan.
Find this O20 - Winlogon Notify: winexz32 - winexz32.dll (file
missing) and tick it.
Click Fix checked.
Restart your computer and post another log.
