minor problems

1st prob: why can't i copy and paste texts? is there something wrong with my clipboard or smth? Mad

2nd prob: sometimes my window explorer will hang for a while then refreshes itself and then closes some of my shortcut icons (bottom right near the clock). why is that so? too many applications opened? too many items in one folder? Sad

1st problem: Make sure that the file is not not read-only. It must open normally.

For example, you are opening homework.doc. The title should read homework.doc, not homework.doc (read-only). If it's opened as read-only, you can't copy and paste anything.

2nd problem: This is pretty common with Windows Explorer. All applications are running normally, except that you don't see them in the system tray. If you need them, just restart your computer.

why i can't cut and paste within my gmail?

eg. i type out a message...... then i want to bring let's say paragraph 5 up to paragraph 2, so i hightlight paragraph 5 and want to cut it.........for pasting at paragraph 2..

but i can't do that..... after i hightlight paragraph 5 and right click 'cut'.... the highlighting will disappear....

same thing happens if i highlight then click on edit -> cut...

Cut means cut… once you cut, it’s gone. Right click, select paste and you will see the text again. If you want the paragraph to be there, use copy and paste instead.

u dun understand...

i can't cut nor copy.......nor paste.... at all (in my gmail)

because i cannot highlight the section in the first place... i mean after i highlight... if i click on cut or copy or whatever, the highlighting disappears...

cannot 'select all' also....

i highlight..... then right click..... the highlight is gone...... then i click on 'select all' also nothing happens.....
