Um... Didn't catch it. Avi is a video format but DVD is a disc
recording format.
Ok, what you want is you have an avi video yet want to burn it into
a DVD disc with menus and properly formatted for DVD players,
right?
i would recommend Nero Vision Express. It is the best software for
beginners as it is very simple and easy to operate. And yes, you
can use it to creat menu. There are of course many better encoders
and video editors out there, but most are for creation of home
movies, including streaming from a DV cam, which i do nt recommend
for you as you only need to encode a video file.
Of course, Nero requires you to buy, but theres always other ways.
