If by default the language is Chinese, which means everything is
in Chinese, you have to reinstall.
If it is not, you can change the language settings.
Open Control Panel and select Regional and Language Settings.
Click on the Advanced tab. Under Language for non-Unicode programs,
change the language to English (United States).
