Ya, but there are ways to bypass it. 
That time I ordered them using my uncle's computer, they didn't
check the specs. Even if you are not using XP can order. I bypass
it by using my uncle's computer, which is using Windows ME.
Now, you wait long long for such thing. Automatic updates means no
chance of ordering CDs and letting you bypass by using another
person's computer.
