Hey Guys, any idea what is wrong ??? well i have the AC Adaptor plugged onto the laptop and a LED indicated that the power is being supplied, but still the laptop won't boot up ...

well now that he bought a new desktop, i might as well took over his laptop and see what is wrong ... and of course try to repair it ... if possible Razz

Desktop suits him better, since he is those who leave their computers on 24/7. Laptop not suitable. The most I did was leaving it overnight, in an air-conditioned room. Wink

My previous laptop was left running for the longest run was eight days straight, but it was a ThinkPad... It was fine, only the chassis was hot but the laptop was raised up with a laptop riser... Ultimately, it's still up to individual user's knowledge and discretion...
