Seed means a person who has the full file(s) and sharing it
online. Leech or peer means someone who has the incomplete file(s),
downloading and sharing at the same time.
Brief explanation. The more seeds the better. The more
leechers/peers, the higher the number the seeds have to distribute
to and this may lead to slower download, unless the leechers/peers
are generous enough to have high upload (sharing) rate at the same
time. If only leechers/peers are present, you can never acquire
100% of the file(s).
I usually leave my computer on overnight to download. If your BT
software can set listening port, set it to above 50000, any number.
My upload rate is 8kbps max
