When my system gets overheated, it doesnt reboot, it goes to
blue screen.
That time it happen very often when i play 3D games, so i look
inside the casing, found out that my CPU fan is too dusty. Means
the gap between the metal plates all filled with dust, so the fan
is turning, but the wind was blocked by the dust.
So i took out the thing and use cotton bud to clean and blow the
dust out. After i cleaned it, it's ok for me to play 3D games for
long time without getting overheated until blue screen.
For your case, if it's software problem, you may need to format and
re-install Window XP. Different copy of Windos XP makes a
difference in terms of stablity, i mean different version of
pirated copies.
