i think this is a pretty specialized question so any pros can
help me out?
my gf got a AMD athlon 2100+ but however the bios read it as
1500+
so i went to bios and found that the FSB for the cpu is changed to
100 instead of 133mhz. so i changed it back and when i restarted
the comp it read as 2100+ . good thing
BUT! the comp will just lock up at the windows loading screen. the
progress bar will slowly move and gradually stop. then the whole
screen will just black out and nothing happens,n the end i cant get
into windows at all
any kind pros to help me out?
