ndmmxiaomayi SG If you bought Norton packages and it comes with Norton Ghost, use it. Instructions on using Norton Ghost If not, you can download some free trials and do it yourself. Acronis TrueImage Select Clone Disk and follow the instructions.

ndmmxiaomayi SG You can’t take out a laptop HDD without voiding warranty. Go to authorized repair centres as stated by them.
