Bought from manufacturers like Acer, HP, IBM, etc, please check
warranty card. Some don't allow you to open up the casing without
voiding warranty. If warranty period is over, go ahead and
open.
Custom built just open up. From the place where you plug in the
wires, trace the card to where it is placed. Look at the card and
find the model number if possible, do a search on Google to make
sure it is a PCI or AGP card. If you can't find a card, means it's
integrated. You probably have to bring to a repair shop.
