ndmmxiaomayi SG Got money use Photoshop, no money use Paint.Net, GIMP. Or if you have installed Microsoft Office, use Microsoft Photo Editor, not the best, but usable, but don’t expect good effects.
storywolf SG Photoshop is one of the best already. But then it still must depend on your orginial , and also your way of doing it. IF the orginial is poor - then you just cannot right away sharpen it , you have to do a few others steps all depending on the condition. find those books on photoshop that is purely on photo correction , they may have the steps.
