cant really tell.. the developer may have the program work on
the computer where the program is installed. but if you bring it
over to another computer.. maybe that might nt be there? also i
have been trying a few of the trial versions. they run on a
separate platform and not integrated with the windows OS.. so
unless the same locking programme is also found in other pcs, you
might not be able to unlock it at any time that u want to..
