Trend micro online

DriftingGuy SG

Hey guys.. I have a problem accessing my online scanner. When I tried to connect and when it starts "Updating and starting housecall";

it replies with an error message saying "An error occurred while trying to transfer data from the internet! Do you want Trend Micro Housecall to try again transferring the data?"

It keeps replying that message even while i click "ok"

And I tried it on internet explorer and firefox, both didn't work Neutral

Some viruses are able to evade detection by some antivirus softwares. So when one can’t work, use another
