hmm it depends on what kind of print you want
basically the 2 most common Tshirt prints are iron-on and silk
screening
Iron-on you just take your design to the shop owner and he will
help you transfer it to an iron paper then use press method to
imprint on the T-shirt
As for silk screening, it's more complex, you will need to separate
out the colours of your design into different silkscreen boards
then screen those colours 1by 1 onto the Tshirt
