Go to Start, Control Panel, Regional and Language Options.
Make sure that Install files for East Asian Languages is checked.
Then click on Details. Click on Add. Under Input Language, find
Chinese (PRC). Click OK. Then click Language Bar. Check the Show
the Language Bar on the Desktop. Click OK and you can use Chinese
words.
