Need Help with Windows Media Player

Hi,
Lately I've been experiencing some problems with my Windows Media Player. Been trying to play some downloaded movies of mpeg/movie clip format. However, although the file is a full length (eg.100mb or more) it isn't able to play the full length. I tried playin wif other players and its able to.So wondering if anybody can help me with it.

Probably something went wrong with the download. I usually solve it by re-downloading. Wink

Huhz…can’t be.As with other players it works fine.And also previously downloaded videos which usually work fine now don’t. Except for some,so yeah.Kinda irritating.

There has been problems with Windows Media Player lately, and patches have been released to solve the problem. Try updating the player. If it doesn't work after updating, there's always alternative players. And they work well with alternative as you said, why not switch? Wink

Thnx,where do I get the patches?I’m using WMP10 now, so yeah. Other players though work okay, but yeah…still prefer WMP10.didn’t have this issue till like 2 days back.

Open Windows Media Player.

Go to Help, Check for Player Updates.

They said i’m using the latest WMP.No updates avb.at this time.So yeah…guess i will have to suck thumb for now…sighz.btw,thing is, when i push backwards, the video actually shows more then what was shown when initially.So yeah…wondering wats wrong with it.
