Ok, like what one of the moderators said, lsass could be a
spyware. I would need to know an important info. Under User Name
for lsass, who is using it? Is it System? If it is, then it is not
spyware. Otherwise, it is spyware.
More things are found. GSICON.EXE is a spyware, svxhost.exe is a
backdoor worm installed in your computer. winsysban10.exe is
another spyware found. shost.exe could be a virus.
I suggest you shutdown this process (dslagent.exe) as this could be
a likely cause of the popups. Clean up your system, update Windows
then restart this process.
