DRAM makers to raise contract prices
SAN JOSE, Calif. Amid shortages for select products in the
market, DRAM makers are attempting to raise their contract prices
by 3-to-5 percent in the first half of January, according to a
report from the DRAMeXchange.com on Tuesday (Jan. 3).
