chanff8 SG Tried clearing cache and all the internet files whenever that happens? Maybe your parents set a internet time limit
lpx88 SG yea and the strange thing is i cantr run my AVG anti virus, Zone alarm or even msconfig.and every browser don work
ndmmxiaomayi SG Viruses or worms stopping you from running antivirus and firewall is a common sign that you got them. But not being able to access msconfig and browsers not working suggest something nasty. May not be viruses or worms though, but usually the case.
ndmmxiaomayi SG Really hard to fix this problem if I can't confirm anything. Your antivirus can't work, so I can't tell if it is the viruses that's causing the problem. How about task manager? Can you open it to see what processes are running? That could help greatly.
FireIce SG i used to encounter this problem but is bcos of my home wireless setup... i reset the modem then reconfigure then ok liao...

ndmmxiaomayi SG There are no nasty programs from what I see in your task manager. However, this particular process Ares.exe could be causing problems. If you are not using it, try terminating it and see how's the situation first before doing a system restore.

chanff8 SG Can tell us the connection? Are you connecting wirelessly or through LAN cable? Does it only occur to one computer or both computers, no matter which one is on?
chanff8 SG installed any new softwares recently? You should just do a system restore. So many system programs cannot work
