Hi all,
I'm a first year SP Banking and Finance student, and I'm
planning to withdraw from poly after the semester ends and apply to
a JC next year as I feel that it would open up more paths for me in
the future. I'm not really interested in the whole 'Poly vs JC'
debate as I've already made up my mind. Don't worry, it's not an
on-the-spur decision and I'm prepared to mug day and night with few
hours of sleep in JC (mugging isin't foreign to me, so it's
alright). I'm looking at the Arts stream in YJC currently.
So my questions would be:
1. With my 'O' Level
results, what subject combinations in JC do you think I can
consider? (I didn't take A Math in secondary school, but I'm
willing to work hard for my Math)
2. Anybody out there took this route before and what's
your story?
3. What can I do these 6 months before JC starts to
better prepare for it?
Here's my 'O' Level Results
-English: A2
-E Math: A2
-Combined Sci(Chem, Physics): A2
-Biology: B3
-Combined Humanities(Geog, SS): B3
-Chinese: B3
-D&T: B3
Net L1R5->13
Thanks for your help!
