PCMG is the same subject combi as me, and I got A for them (just
last year). so basically if you have any questions you can pm
me ( i can help) but do collate many questions at once
unfortunately i threw my lecture notes away, cant pass it on to
you.
my advice to you is suck thumb and get hardcore in your year 1.
its a good gauge on how well you can cope with jc stress. you need
the foundation in j1 to get yourself going in j2. otherwise you
will really struggle with new topics in j2 and your j1 revision,
which i honestly think you wont have enough time next year entirely
to revise if your j1 is bad. do more tutorials and most
importantly, be thick skin and seek consultations. lectures are
just a way for background information (tutorials are the most
important, dont sleep in tutorials, dont procrastinate, ask until
you understand)
good luck and you should aim for A
