Haiz i am getting more and more worried .. As i am from N level stream, it is quite hard for a Sec 5 student . i scored 18 points for my N levels as i slack...

only your english is bad . the rest is quite ok . yeah the bell curve for humanities is gonna be great .. a lot of my classmates studied one topic only and this helps the bell curve since that topic did not come out :D

How was the English this year? I was shocked to hear some of my classmates who took the O level on 2013 saying that in order to obtain C6, we just need to obtain 45 marks. I don't really trust this source.

Good to hear for English. Since you mentioned Paper 1 you did well, is it Paper 2 pulled you down that makes you feel that you could not get an A?

I'm not a DNT student but if you didn't do well for it, you have other subjects like Chinese and Science to use as L1B2R2.

Oh yeah, since you are a 5NA student, are you taking old syallbus Combined Humanities?

yeah i taking the old one . my english is always C6,D7 grade .. my maths got F9 for prelims .. i just aiming for a C for maths .. my DnT is ok , my sci is so so bad

Ohoh. I was shocked when Venice came out for SBQ for SS. Had I read the textbook about Venice at least a little, I would have more background knowledge.

Don't worry too much. I only scored 23/40 for Science MCQ yet surprising, I got B4. It may be due to practical etc.

It's okay. We just wait for the results to come out. Last year, I thought of it and I feel that I neglected English and therefore, I try to communicate with my classmates using English which day by day, my fluency will improve bit by bit.

Take it as a lesson learnt not to neglect any subjects.

I'm sure you can appeal to Poly in case you didn't do well.

All the best, do not worry too much. You still have CCA points to deduct and if you score 26, you can still appeal in RP.

There are also some measures taken into consideration for every syllabus. The measures included students' performance, diffculty of the paper and bell curve etc.

Prelim may not be a good indicator to use it as O level due to bell curve, the marks and grades so don't worry for the time being.

14points then after cut off cca points can go good business course~
