You go to SP website and check out the faq or appeals or
registration section. You may email them or speak to SP counselors.
Generally, you need to prepare your reasons and appeal well and get
ready all your sch documents and identity documents.
Your GPA has to satisfy the requirements of SP.
Not sure whether SP will reserve a place for you since you are
in NS.
